{"id":811,"date":"2012-05-14T01:27:00","date_gmt":"2012-05-14T01:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/whisper.rps.net\/?p=811"},"modified":"2020-07-02T12:13:33","modified_gmt":"2020-07-02T12:13:33","slug":"skye-has-mastered-it","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/whisper.rps.net\/?p=811","title":{"rendered":"Skye Has Mastered It!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This weekend, Friday evening, May 11th, to be exact, Keith, Cameron, Seth &amp; Kelley, &amp; I watched Skye receive her Master&#8217;s Degree in Appalachian Studies from Appalachian State University:) She is officially hooded:)<\/p>\n<div>We are very proud of her!<\/p>\n<div><\/p>\n<div><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/whisper.rps.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/IMG_6.JPG\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">All of us spent the weekend together relaxing &amp; celebrating. We rented a lodge near the App Ski Area overlooking Boone-a very pretty spot with a great hot tub:) Ben, Skye&#8217;s boyfriend, wasn&#8217;t able to get away from work, so we were disappointed he didn&#8217;t get to join us.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">We shopped &amp; ate in Boone &amp; Blowing Rock, &amp; simply enjoyed the scenery &amp; hanging out.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Skye, I wish you a future filled with adventure &amp; satisfaction, &amp; fulfillment in all you do.
